This return policy applies only to products purchased online.
We understand that purchasing online can be difficult, as you cannot try on before you purchase. In the event that what you have purchased is not suitable, Jules & Roc are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 5 days of purchase on items in original condition that have not been worn. Sale items and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please take care of your returns and pack them well for postage back to Jules & Roc as an exchange or credit note may be denied if the item is not in a resalable condition. Postage and handling charges of the return are the responsibility of the customer.
When we receive your product, and it has undergone a quality control check to ensure that tags are still in place and the item has not been worn, your new size will be dispatched. Please note that customers will not be charged any additional delivery fees for the exchange. This is an exchange service that we offer to you.
If an exchange is not possible due to limited sizes, you will be issued a credit note that will allow you to revisit our online store and purchase another item. Credit notes are valid for 6 months and can be used online only.
SENDING ITEMS BACK
Please contact us at email@example.com or on (07) 3257 0020 within 5 days of purchase to receive a Return Authorisation number. Returns cannot be processed without the inclusion of a RA number. It is important that items are returned within 5 days of the return authorisation being issued.
